1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Security

During registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

4svip implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify Player identities, prevent fraud, combat money laundering, and ensure compliance with responsible gaming standards. As part of our verification process, we may require you to submit:

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

4svip maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles, unusually large transactions inconsistent with your Player profile, deposits from third-party accounts, or use of multiple payment methods, will be investigated and may result in account freezing pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x the bonus amount"), meaning you must wager the specified amount before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

7.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports authority. 4svip reserves the right to void bets if pricing errors occur, if bets are placed after an event outcome is already known (late bets), or if there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider betting, or other integrity concerns.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your Account (subject to completion of all wagering requirements and pending investigations) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method.

Upon termination for any reason, your license to use 4svip's Services immediately ceases, and you must not attempt to access the Website or create a new Account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices.
